Con questo primo articolo, vi parlerò di uno dei prodotti della linea Gymnes: l’acido alfa lipoico, l’integratore che se usato bene può svolgere la funzione di farmaco nella cura del diabete.
Questo integratore, sconosciuto fino a pochi anni fa, è oggi considerato l’antiossidante per eccellenza e un coadiuvante nella lotta a tutte le forme di diabete; ha infatti cominciato la sua carriera come farmaco per curare il diabete di tipo due.
Quali sono le ragioni scientifiche del suo utilizzo? Nella dieta di tutti i giorni entrano comunemente: pasta, pane, riso, pizza, dolci, bibite gassate, alimenti che contengono “carboidrati ad alto indice glicemico”. La conseguenza di questa dieta è, purtroppo, di innalzare il tasso di glicemia (zucchero) contenuto nel sangue.
Come reagisce il corpo? Per riportare i valori della glicemia entro i normali parametri (fra 65 e 100 mg per 100 cc di sangue), le ghiandole di Langheral del pancreas, producono l’insulina, questa sostanza ci aiuta ad eliminare gli zuccheri in eccesso trasportandoli al muscolo, dove vengono utilizzati per produrre energia, ed al fegato, dove vengono stoccati come riserva energetica di pronto impiego.
Se eccedete troppo in una dieta ricca di carboidrati ed avete una vita molto sedentaria, questo meccanismo si inceppa. Le cellule muscolari sviluppano un’insulinoresistenza e cioè non accettano più l’insulina. Gli zuccheri in eccesso che si trovano nel sangue, non vengono più utilizzati, ma sono accantonati sotto la forma, sgraditissima, di cuscinetti di grasso.
L’acido alfa lipoico è uno dei pochi integratori in grado di potenziare l’effetto dell’insulina, perché ha una funzione molto simile, vincendo l’insulinoresistenza può aiutarci a smaltire finalmente lo zucchero in eccesso.
Per questi motivi, se il vostro problema è che siete degli inguaribili amanti di torte dolci e pastasciutte, e siete però pigri quando è ora di andare a correre per smaltirli, vi consigliamo l’acido alfa lipoico.
La linea gymnes lo produce sotto forma di cps in dose da 300 mg, il normale dosaggio va di 300 – 600 mg al giorno, assunti prima dei pasti principali, per controllare la glicemia, se volete avere un effetto lipolitico vi consiglio di assumerne 300 mg prima della attività fisica in modo da indurre il vostro corpo a stoccare i carboidrati come fonte energetica.
Ricordatevi però di non lasciare l’integratore da solo a redimere i vostri peccati di gola, se intendete dare battaglia veramente all’adipe, qualche rinuncia dovrete farla comunque, ma i risultati di un nuovo stile di vita saranno migliori di quel che credete!
